For hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair bundles, wigs, or custom units. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

 

Order Accuracy & Quality Assurance

We ensure that every product meets our high-quality standards before shipping. Each item is carefully inspected and photographed prior to being sent to you.

If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review your case and, if applicable, provide a resolution at our discretion.

 

Custom Orders

All custom wigs and colored bundles are made to order based on your specifications. Please ensure that you select the correct length, texture, and color at checkout, as we do not offer exchanges or modifications once the order is processed.
